tra la mattinata e il pomeriggio che saremo nei gruppi di lavoro i

relazioni che sono le presentazioni dei progetti dei programmi che ogni

let me welcome you all on behalf of the Italian PS on behalf of the
town of Cesena the province the municipality of Savignano the
municipality of Forlì </Ferlì/> Forlì ENGIM CISL and ARCO which
i- are the partners to the ELSA project 1:3 //
today it's the second international meeting since we held the first international workshop in Riga last May 1:10 //
and here in Cesena we are holding the second workshop 1:14 //
in Cesena we'll touch upon innovation in projects dealing with carers
today we are going to deal with partnership and empowerment 1:21 //
and I'm extremely pleased to have here with us such an international European audience 1:29 //
and I'd like to apologise beforehand b- because of the linguistic problems we might have 1:34 // because of the translation the time we will have available for our our proceedings are going to be somewhat reduced 1:42 // but that's Europe isn't it 1:44 //
this morning we are going to hear from the various programmes
introducing the various projects that each partner is implementing in
the various member countries 1:54 //
and in the afternoon after the lunch break we shall split up into the three groups that will all meet in this same building 2:3 //
